Meet Shirley Stone. She’s like you in many ways. At the age of 40 , Shirley and her husband decided to start a family. She left a very successful media career to become a mom and turned in over 20 years in the New York advertising industry for the “unknown” world of motherhood. She lived the “dream” life until…. she woke up!

She woke up to a reality that was completely opposite to what she had envisioned, had worked hard to create, and to what truly satisfied her.

She awoke to the fact that her marriage was not the relationship she wanted for herself, or to represent to her daughter.

Overwhelmed and unsure, Shirley set out to create her own new reality – one that fit her dreams and desires.

Shirley embarked on the path of self-empowerment. She chose empowerment coaching because it helps individuals to dream, to create a new life and to gain the tools and training to make their visions reality.

With love and support from her family and friends, she became the role model for her daughter that she wanted. Shirley reinvented herself. She converted her dreams into reality and created a better life than she ever imagined. She realized others could benefit from her struggle and decided to become a certified empowerment life coach.
